Leslie is a talented and wonderful singer. Our long term collaboration dates back to 1985. We have done over 16 different shows together. She and I collaborated on her first solo CD, I Fall in Love Too Easily, which consisted primarily of Broadway and jazz standards She just released her second CD, Come a Little Closer, which highlights various moments in the course of a relationship.
Coming up is our duet album, as yet untitled, featuring songs from The Great American Songbook. Our particular blend of vocal and complement in sensibiltites make for a unique collaboration.

Ann and I have had a fruitful relationship - from all of our plays at
HB Studio and all of our collaborations. I am featured in two songs from
"Songs That Got Us Through" on my Home Page.
It is our show about
and by the working man in music from The Great Depression.
We have introduced a new
class at HB studio: the Musical Theater Perfromance Lab.
The class consists of learning how to prepare a role in a musical theater production,
beginning with musical preparation, how to work on a character,
rehearsing scenes
and preparing musical numbers. At the end of the term we present a staged reading
of the work we've done during the semester, sometimes including sets and costurmes
and presented for an invited audience. For more information please call HB Studio
at 212 675 2370.
One of my recent collaborations has been with Alix Elias and Richard Marshall, creating a trio
act of wit, humor and a smattering of pathos. We have played Gizzi's, Don't Tell Mama, The Knitting Factory, Montauk Theater Productions, both the Studio Theater in Montauk and Shooting Star Theater at the South Street Seaport. Our audiences have really liked our chemistry and rapport, and the response has been just great. We have ten or so videos on YouTube, so check some of them out.
Alix and I have written some new songs which will be featured in a new film which Alix is producing, and in which all three of us are appearing.

Peggy Pope is someone I've been working with for over 10 years. We collaborated on four different shows. Including her first, second, and third farewell tours.
The tours took us to Don't Tell Mama and back. They are a variety show which includes comedy, song and stories of her exciting career, with an occasional audience quiz thrown in.
Peggy is well known for many great roles, appearing in "Harvey" on Broadway with Jimmy Stewart and "The Rose Tattoo" with Maureen Stapleton. In the classic comedy "Nine to Five" she played the office lush to such riotous effect that she became famous for her trademark line "Atta Girl!"
She is a great collaborator, a great friend and a general delight to work with.

Bronwyn and I have been working together for more than twenty-five years. We have collaborated on two great cabaret shows which we co-wrote: "A Subway Named Desire" and "The Radon Daughters", the latter of which we have produced on CD and released in 2009. It's been quite the buzz of the European underground market.
